Automation that works
the way your business works.
Fervour builds workflow automation into every platform from day one. Approvals route automatically. Alerts fire the moment thresholds are crossed. WhatsApp notifications reach customers and staff without anyone pressing send.
Workflow automation is not a separate product you buy. It is a capability built into every Fervour platform — configured around your specific workflows during the process discovery engagement.
Your team makes decisions.
The platform handles the rest.
A decision taken by a salesperson triggers an invoice in finance. A field report submitted by a technician reaches the right manager within seconds. A customer milestone is hit and a congratulatory WhatsApp goes out automatically. None of this requires a person to remember, chase, or forward.
This is not a feature you activate. It is how the platform works — built around your specific approval hierarchies, your escalation rules, and your communication preferences — from the first day you go live.
What Fervour automates across every platform.
Every Fervour platform uses some or all of these automation types — configured specifically for the industry and the workflows discovered during the process engagement.
Approval Routing
Decisions that need a human sign-off — purchase orders, leave requests, quotations above a threshold, vendor onboarding — are routed automatically to the right person, in the right sequence, with a defined response window.
- Purchase order above ₹50,000 routes to finance manager, then MD if not approved in 4 hours
- Leave request routes to direct manager, then HR if pending for 24 hours
- Quotation above a configured margin discount threshold requires senior sales approval before sending
- Vendor payment above a threshold requires dual approval before release
Alert & Escalation
When something crosses a threshold — a machine's service record crosses a critical fault count, a customer's sentiment turns negative, a project milestone is overdue — the right person is alerted immediately, not at the next meeting.
- Service ticket classified as critical by AI → owner WhatsApp alert within 60 seconds
- Production batch fails quality check → quality manager notified, batch quarantined automatically
- Outstanding payment crosses 30 days → accounts team notified, customer reminder triggered
- Project milestone overdue by 2 days → project manager and client relationship owner alerted
Customer Communication
The right message to the right customer at the right moment — without anyone in your team composing or sending it. WhatsApp and email, templated to your brand voice, triggered by operational events.
- Service engineer on the way → customer receives WhatsApp with engineer name and ETA
- AMC contract due for renewal in 30 days → renewal reminder sent with summary of visits completed
- Order dispatched → customer receives dispatch details and tracking information
- Certificate of compliance ready → customer receives download link automatically
System & Third-Party Integration
Data that needs to flow between systems — between your Business OS and Tally, between your CRM and a payment gateway, between field reports and the leadership dashboard — moves automatically, not via manual export.
- Invoice posted in the platform → Tally XML generated and ready for import without manual entry
- Payment received → sales CRM updated, customer status changed, finance dashboard refreshed
- Lead form submitted on website → CRM record created, sales rep assigned, welcome message sent
- Field report submitted → leadership dashboard updated, recurring fault counter incremented
Not hypothetical. Running today.
These are automations deployed in live Fervour platforms — not illustrations of what is possible, but examples of what is already running.
Discovered, designed, deployed.
No two Fervour automation implementations are the same — because no two businesses work the same way. Here is how automation gets built into your platform.
The Technology Underneath
Fervour automation runs on a combination of three layers — each chosen for a specific purpose, all invisible to the end user.
n8n Automation Engine — an open-source workflow automation platform that handles complex multi-step flows: conditional routing, delays, retries, and integrations with third-party systems like Tally, payment gateways, WhatsApp Business APIs, and email providers.
Supabase Database Triggers — for event-driven, near-instant automations that need to fire the moment a record changes. A ticket is classified, a payment is posted, a certificate is generated — all triggered at the database level for sub-second response.
WhatsApp Business API — via BSP partners (Interakt, AiSensy, Gupshup) for customer and staff notifications. Template-based, TRAI-compliant, with delivery confirmation and read receipts tracked in the platform.
Automation is built into every Fervour platform.
Not available in some products and missing in others. Every Fervour deployment includes workflow automation — configured for the specific industry and workflows of that platform.
Automation is not an add-on.
It is how the platform works.
Most software platforms offer automation as a premium tier — an extra module you unlock at a higher price point. You build the basic system first, and automation is something you "add later."
Fervour does not work that way. Automation is designed into the platform during the process discovery engagement — before a single line of code is written. The workflows, the triggers, the escalation rules, the communication templates — all defined alongside the operational modules, not bolted on afterwards.
The result is a platform that feels like it was made for your business. Because the automation follows your rules — not a vendor's assumption of how businesses like yours tend to operate.
